Live in the SUNSHINE. Swim in the SEA, Drink in the wild Air.— Emerson

Why is it called Isla Gigantes? long time ago local legend describes coffins found inside Bakwitan Cave that contained gigantic sets of human bones, which constituted the name change. For this reason, locals also believe the island is inhabited by enkantos.

The tour was composed of meals for 2 days, lunch breakfast and dinner and it offers unli scallops!!

I’m not much of a seafood eater, but this would be an exemption. Thumbs up for unli scallops offered at Isla Gigantes package tour adventure. The price that you will pay is gonna be worth it!

It was very Hot that time because typhoon basyang had just left Philippines, so we had to apply sunblock from 80% up to 110% protection 😂
All of the Islands are beautiful and Cabugao was my most favorite.

we spent overnight at MJ’s Beach resort at Gigantes Island and it was the most enjoyable part because we were accomodated at the rooftop of the Inn and we we’re the only ones there so it felt like we rented it privately. 😂

the tour guides were very welcoming and accommodating because during the night we requested for a bon fire and they did a great job.

the second day we went trekking to the mountains going to pawikan cave, the tour guide told us that it was considered as one of the national treasures beacuse long time ago japanese miners found gold bars in there.

The cave was really a wonder after we got there I then understand why it was worth of the trekking. we walked almost 45-1hour going there and I advise you to wear leggings or something to cover your legs and don’t wear rush guards because it will be a bit sweating experience unless you really wanted to sweat all the fats out.

The scallops served during meals was amazing! they cooked it as steamed scallops, fried scallops, adobo scallops. It’s a must try and an experience to look forward to.

The locals are all wonderful people and everybody was so hospitable. The best experience for summer getaway!! wooh ❤️
