Free yourself from comparison.

The problem on todayโ€™s generation is that people keep on comparing their selves to others, and this unhealthy competition is a never ending cycle. Stop competing with your friend, neighbor, or co-worker but rather compete with yourself to be the best you.

๐Ÿ“ŒBe comfortable who God created you to be, because you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

๐Ÿ“ŒLove yourself, be confident and be comfortable on who you are.

๐Ÿ“ŒIt is important to know who you are and know who youโ€™re not.

๐Ÿ“ŒFocus on your own race, the competition is only for one person and that is you.

๐Ÿ“ŒTake the pressure off yourself, you are not in competition with them you have nothing to prove.

๐Ÿ“Œ There is nothing wrong with looking up to people, itโ€™s good to show respect and admiration but donโ€™t try to be like them, run your own race you have something grate to offer.

๐Ÿ“Œ The people you want to be like, often times they want to be like you because they see something in you that they admire.

๐Ÿ“ŒCelebrate the success of others and let their gifts inspire you.

๐Ÿ“ŒEach and every one is special in their own way, you are someone to be celebrated.

๐Ÿ“ŒNobody can be a better you than YOU!

Understand that there is nothing wrong with not being the fastest, not being the most beautiful, not being the most successful and the most talented. It takes a lot of physical and emotional energy trying to impress people all day long, you donโ€™t have to prove who you are. Donโ€™t be jealous, intimidated and critical when someone passes you, handle and celebrate the success of others because God will pour out His blessings and favor for you.

  1. Comparisons are only a good idea if you’re trying to decide which TV to buy or which dress looks best! But comparisons of yourself to other people is a lose/lose because the other will always be better at you than XY and you are better at ABC. Good post!

  2. I was reminded of what my dad keeps saying about comparisons. “Don’t compare yourself with others. Once you start comparing, your life’s doomed. You’d be happy with nothing around you”. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanx for sharing this. ๐Ÿ™‚
